The Massachusetts Association for Behavior Analysis (Mass ABA) has a job opportunity for a part time Executive Director. This person will provide leadership and oversight regarding all MassABA matters and provide consultative services at the discretion of the Board of Directors. The position provides operational functions in helping the Board of Directors implement Mass ABA’s vision and strategic plan. The position will coordinate and oversee MassABA’s Annual Conference and other events. The person will assist the Board in developing and implementing an operational plan/manual that incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the organization.
Mass Association for Behavior Analysis
MassABA is a non-profit trade organization that represents the interests of behavior analysts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Massachusetts has more BCBAs, per capita, than anywhere in America. As of January 2018, the commonwealth has more than 2000 BACB certificants. MassABA provides educational opportunities and advocacy for all professionals who provide behavior analytic services in any capacity. The signature connection between the organization and its more than 1,100 members is our annual conference that takes place each spring. MassABA is an affiliated chapter of the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI).
The applicant should possess at least a master’s degree in human services or a related filed with experience in the operational management of nonprofit organizations or businesses. BCBA preferred.
